We understand that true sustainability goes beyond our work in renewables. It's about how we operate as a company. Our approach is guided by a commitment to the three pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance.

1. Environmental Stewardship

• Reducing Our Carbon Footprint: We are actively measuring and working to reduce the embodied carbon in our projects. This includes using low-carbon materials, optimizing transportation logistics, increasing efficiency and minimising waste.
• Circular Economy Practices: We are committed to a "reduce, reuse, and recycle" philosophy. We prioritize the use of recycled aggregates and are actively exploring the potential of upcycling materials to reduce our reliance on virgin resources.
• Biodiversity and Habitat Protection: We have experience working in environmentally sensitive areas, such as Special Areas of Conservation (SACs). We implement strict environmental management systems to protect local flora, fauna, and water sources.
• Compliance and Certification: We maintain an Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001, demonstrating our commitment to international best practices. We stay abreast of evolving Irish and EU regulations, to ensure full compliance and transparency.

2. Social Responsibility

• Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Our commitment to sustainability begins with our people. We maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all our employees and partners.
• Community Engagement: We work closely with local communities on all our projects. From initial site walk to project completion, we aim to be a responsible neighbour, minimising disruption and contributing positively to the areas where we work.
• Skills and Development: We are dedicated to the continuous education and training of our team, ensuring they have the skills needed to deliver the next generation of sustainable infrastructure.

3. Governance & Innovation

• Responsible Business Conduct: We operate with the highest levels of integrity and transparency. We have robust governance structures in place to ensure ethical decision-making and accountability.
• Driving Innovation: The challenges of climate change demand innovative solutions. We are constantly seeking out and implementing new technologies and methodologies that improve our environmental performance, from advanced machinery to smart monitoring systems.
• Strategic Partnerships: We collaborate with industry bodies like Engineers Ireland, the Supply Chain Sustainability School and the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and partner with clients and suppliers who share our vision for a sustainable future.
