Structive is directed by Michael Devaney and James Molloy who have amassed extensive experience in all types of civils projects, demolition and structural alteration works, with a particular significance placed on safety.

Demolition
With a combined 20 years of experience working with major demolition contractors in the UK, today we offer an extensive spectrum of services built from that experience. We currently provide a number of tailored services for our clients, such as: R&D surveys; asbestos removal; soft strips; façade retention; demolition; cut & carve demo; structural openings; robotic demo; site clearance and remediation.
Project management
Structive provides a Project Management Service where required, which incorporates site management, structural engineers, and key personnel to carry out all works. In our experience, early engagement with our clients is of utmost importance for pre-planning and management of a project.
